Wherever possible, we use local suppliers for all our food. Bacon comes from a butcher in Brecon, and all other meat and fish from the Black Mountains Smokery near Bwlch. Our homemade cakes are produced by Clams of Crickhowell, and our bread from the bakery across the road. Bottled water – Brecon Carreg - is from the Beacons, and our award winning apple juice comes from Talybont–on-Usk. In the near future, we are looking to source our salad ingredients from local farmers. Our homemade soups are freshly prepared on the premises every day.
